From first introduction to certified facilitator, one step at a time.
Since 2013, I’ve been teaching others how to facilitate business constellations. It’s a real journey to embody the skill and the theory needed to guide a constellation in a business context.
You can choose your own path in developing yourself as an intuitive business constellations facilitator.
Below are the trainings I’ve developed.
You can start online with Level 1. It’s accessible, asks little in time and investment, and still gives you real, usable results. A good way to begin facilitating business constellations one on one.
My in-person training gives you a head start, covering both Level 1 and Level 2. After this training, you’ll be able to facilitate constellations one on one, and with teams and groups.
The in-person Level 3 training takes you deeper into the facilitation role and process itself.

ONLINE 5-MODULE TRAINING
In this 5-module online training, you learn the basics of facilitating business constellations. You get more theoretical background and practice facilitating. After the training, you can facilitate your own basic business constellations.
Facilitating Business Constellations
Level 1 & 2
START YOUR JOURNEY AS A BUSINESS CONSTELLATION FACILITATOR
In this training, you’ll learn how to use business constellations in your work. You’ll learn more about the systemic theory and how to apply it. Most time is spent on the facilitation process and your inner stance. How do you setup a constellation, which systemic interventions can you use, and when to end a constellation? You will practice a lot, meaning that you will also be a client for others and thus work on your own business issues.
Facilitating Business Constellations Level 3
DEEPEN YOUR FACLITATION SKILLS AND BROADEN YOUR HORIZON
For those who already have been educated and have experience facilitating, I offer an advanced course. We’ll dive deeper into the systemic theory and how to apply it in businesses. Again, you will spend most time learning new constellation formats, improving your sensing skills, becoming more confident and flexible while facilitating business constellations. Of course you’ll practice a lot and you will work on your own cases.

Business Constellations Masterclasses
ONLINE TRAINING
These masterclasses zoom in on specific topics related to business constellations. You can decide to follow one or more. Topics include healing sentences, boosting your sensing skills, or fixed format constellations.
Business Constellation Circle
ONLINE WORKSHOP
In these 60-90 minute sessions, we do one business constellation. You learn more about the facilitation because I explain what I do. It’s also a great way to get to know what business constellations are.
