Because everyone is experienced, we’ll dive deeper and discover new possibilities and ways to use constellations in a business context.

What Are We Going To Do?

Every training is tailor-made based on the needs of the participants. This way, you’ll get exactly what you need for your development as a facilitator.

You are going to practice, get new insights, discover new parts of yourself, and learn from my way of constellating.

Besides, you’ll experience that there is not one correct way to facilitate. You’ll discover how to find the right style and interventions suited to the situation.

Because I have been taught and inspired by many different teachers from the Netherlands and abroad, you’ll get an exciting mix of constellation forms and approaches. From silent constellations to healing sentences, from systemic rituals to table-top constellations, and from team constellations to working with inner parts.

I also combine constellations with other intuitive modalities like visualizations (constellations in the mind’s eye), release techniques, nature, narrative constellations, and past lives.

The focus is always on using constellations in a business context. Of course, there is always room for personal constellations. In the end, we are humans, also in the workplace.

What Topics Will We Cover?

During this Advanced Training Facilitating Business Constellations the following topics can be covered. Depending on the needs of the participants, the flow of the training, and my intuition, I’ll decide which topics to cover and which not. My experience is that in the end, everyone will get exactly what he or she needs.

The Start Of The Constellation

The interview, selecting the right elements, and creating a safe space, are all important steps. How do you start the constellation in a way that supports the client?

Healing Sentences

One of the most powerful systemic interventions are healing sentences. These are short statements that create a movement. They can also be use in the ‘finding out phase’.

But we will also work with silent constellations.

Constellation Formats

Instead of setting up a constellation based on the question of a client, you can also use fixed format constellations that cover a certain topic. You can also create a constellation ritual for a group which creates a movement for all participants.

Family Issues In Business Constellations

How do you deal with family issues that arise in business constellations? We explore how you can work with them or ‘park’ them.

Sensing Skills

Facilitating a constellation is 80% sensing. You will learn to improve your intuition and use it in the facilitation. You will explore different ways of sensing. We will work with the empty center and inner point of peace.

Inner stance, empty center

We’ll explore the inner stance needed to create a safe space for personal and business transformations. You will learn how to hold space and how to use your pure intuition in the facilitation process.

Level 3

Prior training and/or experience with (business) constellations required.

Venue: Olde Vechte, Ommen, the Netherlands

The training will take place in a smalle village in the Netherlands, 1.5 hours by train from Amsterdam. It's called Olde Vecthe, Zeesserweg 12, Ommen, the Netherlands.
It offers very basic rooms. You will stay in a single room with shared bathroom and toilet. You will get full board with 4x breakfast, 4x lunch, and 4x dinner. All meals are vegetarian.

This is the first possibility to join this training in-person in English. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills and learn from my way of facilitating.

This time we will focus on business constellations in teams (we will invite a team), marketing constellations, and topics based on the wishes of the participatns.
There is also room for your own cases to work on your own business.
