Business constellations are a powerful way to support clients in exploring complex or recurring issues. They help uncover what is really at play beneath the surface, beyond analysis or quick fixes. By working with the collective intelligence of the group, constellations offer insights that are not only clear, but deeply embodied. This embodied experience often creates movement right away, making change more natural and lasting.
From the outside, facilitating business constellations can look like magic. Something mysterious. Something only a few people can do.
But that’s not my experience.
Facilitating is not about knowing the answers. It’s about letting go.
Letting go of control, of fixing, of searching for solutions, of wanting to do it “right” or to please others. What remains is presence, surrendering, and intuition. And that is something everyone has access to.
This webinar is for you if you have experienced constellations yourself, but have never facilitated one. You don’t need prior experience or special skills. What you need is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to sense what is happening in the field.
During this free webinar, I will share insights from almost 20 years of working with family and business constellations. You will experience a constellation yourself and explore what it means to let go as a facilitator. Gently, practically, and without pressure.
