Is it possible to do constellations online?
The answer is absolutely YES! Sometimes it even works better!
Because we have to find a way to live our mission with social distancing, I have created an online training in which you learn how to facilitate 1-on-1 constellations online. The training is 3 hours.
What are we going to do?
- First I will share my experience of online facilitating.
- In a demo constellation I will show how you can do a constellation when you are not in the same room as your client.
- Then it is time to practice yourself. Using the breakout room possibility of Zoom, I will divide the group into subgroups of 2 or 3 and everyone will be able to facilitate a constellation. The good thing is that you will also be a client, so you can also workout an issue you are dealing with.
- Finally we will harvest the lessons learned.
Do I need to be technical?
We will use Zoom as a platform to follow the training. You will need a computer or tablet with the Zoom client installed. You will also need a microphone and camera and a good internet connection. That is all. You don’t have to be a techie to follow this training.
For whom?
This training is meant for everyone who has experience in facilitating constellations.
When?
The first possibility is August 7 from 12 – 3PM (Amsterdam time, UTC+2).
This training is organized by Essentia Wellbeing Center in Dubai.

For the 3 hour workshop you pay € 95 (excl. 21% Dutch VAT for EU participants, unless you have a valid VAT number).
